Journey On: Grief

Grief when you’ve lost a loved one can feel disorienting.  It’s something we don’t typically think about, consider or learn about until we are in the midst of sorrow and heartache.  And how you experience grief and loss is unique to you!  How do you process? How do you learn? How do  you feel? What impact has this loss had on your life?

So how do you know if you’re effectively grieving? This six week course is for the person who is struggling to process the death of a loved one with specialized grief recovery plans in partnership with Grief Your Way (https://www.griefyourway.com/), an organization built to help individuals in their grief journey to fully heal and live their lives fully again. 

Starting: October 11th, 2022

Tuesdays, 6:30p - 8:00p

*We highly recommend that you complete a Journey to Wholeness 12 week group as a prerequisite prior to registering for a Journey On course to receive the maximum benefit and experience**

Cancellation Policy

Your $120 enrollment is non-transferable.  Your group fee may be refundable, following this schedule:

  • More than 60 days in advance of the group start date: 100%
  • 15-60 days in advance of the workshop start date: 80%
  • Less than 15 days in advance of the workshop start date: 0%

Facilitator Bio

I know what it is to lose loved ones and to not know how to grieve. I was 22 when I lost my dad unexpectedly. I didn't deal with it well, choosing to ignore my pain and hide it in the hopes it would fade away. It didn't. Then, five years later, I lost my mom, also unexpectedly, while pregnant with my first child. The pain was unimaginable, but it made me realize that I had never dealt with my father's death. I was determined not to make the same mistakes and was ready to find peace. My goal is to help people fully heal, move on from grief, and shed their pain to live their full lives again. I know you are hurting right now, but I want you to know that you can heal. You can laugh again. You can find joy in the little things again. You can think back on your loved one and feel at peace.
