Journey On / Winter 2023 / Boundaries

Meeting:  Tuesdays

Starting: January 31 - March 7th

Time: 6:30p - 8:00p

Setting boundaries can be uncomfortable, even difficult.  However, boundaries are essential in our Journey to Wholeness because they serve one major purpose:

Boundaries help us heal. Boundaries  help us to create and maintain an environment in which we can nurture our healing.

Do you need better boundaries in your life? Do you need help to learn how to set those boundaries?  This six week course goes over topics such as:  How to start setting boundaries, What a good boundary looks like, and what to do when you face resistance to the boundaries you’ve set.

Facilitator:

I came to Journey to Wholeness at a point in my life that I felt lost. I felt like I was drowning, my world was crashing down, and I did not know what to do. I always wanted a closer relationship with God but it never was intimate. Craving support, guidance, and acceptance I came across J2W. J2W helped me realize that I am not broken but loved by God Himself. It changed my life as I was able to process having a brain tumor removed, family dynamics, and ultimately started to heal with God by my side. Having seen the change in myself, I wanted to be able to help provide the grace, love, and acceptance I received by becoming a facilitator.
