How does the Affiliate Program work?
Affiliate Agreement
Join the Affiliate Program of Journey to Wholeness by signing a 1-year term agreement, renewable annually. Â
One Time Start Up Fee
Your organization pays a one-time startup fee, renewable annually. Automatic renewal with a revenue share for a minimum of 3 groups (i.e. 24 individual registrations) per year to renew affiliation. Â
What does the Start Up Fee include?
- Includes a 12-week Facilitator Training Session via Zoom for up to 5 individuals or a 3 day in-person* training on site. Additional fees apply to train more than 5 individuals.
- Group registration platform and administration for group offerings at your location, social media promotion on Journey to Wholeness platforms, listing on the Journey to Wholeness website, customizable linking tools.
- Course videos, resources, and discounted access to course workbooks.
- Access to Facilitator Check In’s held semi-annually.Â
Affiliate Start Up Fee
An affiliation startup fee is $5,000.  Are you a small church or non-profit? Email us at [email protected] to inquire about special reduced rates.
How soon can we get started? Â
You can get started anytime! Facilitator Training can happen over 12 weeks or in just 1 week! At your location, or at our headquarters in Green Bay, WI! Group offerings can start the following week, month or quarter – it’s up to you!

*excludes travel, lodging & meals cost for on site training, which are in addition to the startup fee.
How does the Revenue Share work?
You receive proceeds above the base per person rate up to a 40% revenue share. Base per person participant rate is $150 or $12.50/week.
Recommended participant fee is $360 or $30/week (comparable programs charge $50-$100/week – that’s a significant savings!) Affiliate receives up to $210/participant (contingent on your site location pricing)!
You decide how to use your revenue share!
Use the proceeds as additional revenue for your organization, or to offer scholarships for special circumstances, cover the cost of J2W Hosted Facilitator Retreats, provide supplemental training for your facilitators, or large events like retreats, couples conferences or other mental health focused events.
OR
Pass the savings on to your participants! Offer the program anywhere between the base rate and recommended rate so that your participants experience the lowest possible rate.
